Yes. You updated your Windows 10 and now there is no control panel. The good news is that , while Microsoft has inconveniently hidden Control panel from the start menu, it's floating somewhere in the background:

So how do we reach behind all this colorful user interface obfuscation and find the Control Panel. Simple. Press the Windows key on your keyboard to get the Start Menu then type "Control.exe".
The program "control.exe" will be listed as shown. Click on this with your mouse pointer or tap if you re on a tablet. Behold, the Control Panel.
